Art as an eye-catcher: Inauguration of "Forestal I-III" at the Waldcampus

The artwork is "Forestal I-III" (2025/2026) by Berlin artist Dorothea Schulz - gouache on laid paper. It is the third part of a series of drawings that Schulz has realized for the University of Applied Sciences Aalen on the forest campus. "For Forestal I-III (Spanish for forestry), the trigger for the graphic movements of the brush on paper is not the spoken word. Rather, it is about retracing the movements of growth and the organic forms that emerge in the process," explains the artist. "I wanted to put myself in the forest as much as possible."

The artwork on the first floor of the WIN building harmoniously complements and completes the art-in-building.
