Adminission Criteria

Admission to the Business Informatics Master programme assumes a Bachelor degree with usually 210 CP acquired in any of the following areas:

Engineering or business studies, computer science or business informatics or any related programme.

Admission to the programme in case of graduation with less than 210 ECTS credit points:

You have an above-average degree and scored less than 210 but more than 180 ECTS credit points? Admission is then permissible if you acquire during the Master programme whatever ECTS points are lacking from a score of 210. In this case, the programme will be extended by one semester. Please contact the respective board of examiners to know which additional exams you will have to take.

Exams not yet passed:

Are there a few exams that you have not yet passed, though they are needed to complete your Bachelor programme? Your previous course of studies, and in particular the exams passed, give hope, though, that you will get your Bachelor degree soon (see the respective admission statute for specific dates), which allows for admission under reservation being granted. You will then join the selection procedure with an average grade derived from your already passed exams. To do so, we need evidence of the university at which you are finishing your Bachelor programme. Only admission with reservations will in such a case be granted. Evidence of the passed final Bachelor exam will have to be submitted (for deadlines, see admission statute).
