Incoming Students International Business Studies

A very warm welcome to international business students from all over the world

Dear exchange students:

Welcome to Aalen! We hope you will spend a great semester or even one year in our study program.

Analytical flexibility is learned best through practice. Classes are held numerically small so that there is opportunity for working in small teams, supervised closely by a professor. The active mode of learning sets into practice what was learned during the common core phase of the study and allows students to test out their theoretical knowledge. The success of our approach lies in the success of our alumni, many of whom are working in top firms in taxation, consulting and marketing.

To learn more about the English Taught lectures at Aalen University for exchange students, go to: https://www.hs-aalen.de/en/pages/aaa_english-taught-lectures

Each semester there is a selection of English taught lectures, which are (with the exception of “Business Communication”) professional lectures in the area of International Business Studies.

This means you will be integrated in lectures with the regular German students and you will be doing project and group work with students from different semesters which makes it easy for you to get in contact with your fellow German students.

We wish you a great time studying International Business Studies in Aalen and experiencing the nice southern part of Germany.

We are looking forward to meeting you in Aalen.

Best wishes,

The International Business Studies Team
