Prof. Dr. Harro Heilmann

My profile as a professor, management consultant, and professional advisor is based on more than 15 years of practical experience as a manager in the automotive and aviation industries and in management consulting. During this time, I have held a wide range of international management and executive positions (including Global Purchasing Manager Powertrain, CFO, Regional CFO, and Business Development Director) as well as supervisory positions as a member of the supervisory board, director of the board, advisory board member, and advisory board chairman.

Both as an operational manager and as an advisor, I have been responsible for company-wide strategy implementation, profit improvement, product cost reduction, and turnaround programs with proven success (in some cases in the billion-euro range).

I focus on transferring skills and experience in the academic and medium-sized business fields. It is important to me to “scale” my experience gained in an international environment to suit the target group and pass it on to young, ambitious people as well as to fundamentally healthy companies with solid business models. I support my medium-sized clients in a spirit of trust and, above all, on a long-term basis.
