As part of our Healthy University initiative, we offer a wide range of health programs. From relaxing yoga classes and soothing massages to energizing exercise breaks, you will find everything you need to bring your body and mind into harmony. Regular activities show you how you can improve your health at work and feel good in the long term. But it's often not just about your own health: employees who take on the responsibility of caring for a relative are provided with specially trained contact persons, known as care navigators, who act as guides at our university.
