Ostalb Giro 2025 – Join the Team from Aalen University!
On Sunday, June 1st, 2025, the Ostalb Giro 2025 will take place. The Student Union (Verfasste Studierendenschaft) will subsidize up to 50% of the registration fee for a limited number of Aalen University students who register as part of the university team.
There are five different routes with varying levels of difficulty (in length and elevation). Depending on the actual number of registrations per route and the differing participation fees, more or fewer students may receive financial support.

Event Details:
- Date: Sunday, 01.06.2025, starting from 08:00 AM
- Start & Finish: TSG Hofherrenweiler
- Race Number Pickup: Starting on 31.05.2025
- Cost: Varies depending on the route
- Your contribution: €12.50 – €40.00*
- Bonus: An official jersey is included for routes of 100 km or more!
How to Register:
Make sure to reserve your spot through the event website after logging in with your university credentials to be eligible for the discount and to join the Aalen University team.
Your spot is only confirmed after we approve your reservation on Monday, April 28, 2025, and once we receive your payment.
