Software, apps, devices - do they help us or drive us crazy? As advocates for the user, user experience professionals bring products and applications to the market that are easy to use and fun.
Their task begins even before the actual production: user experience professionals think about what the user might want. During and after use, they keep an eye on the user: Can the user operate the product effectively, efficiently and satisfactorily? Have they established the expected emotional connection to the product?
User Experience in Aalen is based on 5 pillars:

#5 Psychology.

With these technical and methodological skills, graduates are ideally equipped to accompany the entire product life cycle.
The strongly project-oriented teaching/learning concept imparts the necessary social and communication skills. Modules such as gamification, augmented and virtual reality and design thinking enable user experience professionals to develop not only usable products, but also interactive applications that generate enthusiasm: Joyability.

Mo, 01. Dezember 2025 → Die Future of Festivals Berlin bot Raum für Austausch, Innovation und neue Impulse. Unsere Human-Centricity-Studierenden waren nicht nur als Besucher:innen vor Ort, sondern aktiv beteiligt: Sie präsentierten eigene Start-up- und Projektideen und traten in direkten Austausch mit Fachleuten aus der Event- und Festivalbranche. Vor Ort entstanden neue Kontakte, inspirierende Gespräche und spannende Einblicke in aktuelle Trends – von Nachhaltigkeit über Technologie bis Experience Design. Besonders bemerkenswert: Die Teilnahme wurde eigeninitiativ aus der Studierendenschaft heraus organisiert. Highlights: • Präsentation eigener Projektideen • Austausch mit Start-ups und Branchenexpert:innen • Wertvolle Impulse zu Sustainability & Experience Design Fazit: Ein Messebesuch mit Mehrwert – vernetzend, inspirierend und voller Zukunftsenergie.
