Care guides

In cooperation with the Equal Opportunities team. In cooperation with the Equal Opportunities team, care guides have been trained for this purpose.
- are specially trained contact persons within the university.
- act as a contact person for questions about balancing work and caregiving
- are the first point of contact for employees with caregiving responsibilities and provide guidance.
However, care guides do not provide professional or long-term counseling.
