Histology

This internship, work placement, practicum liaises with (companies) to develop sound experimental skills in tissue preparation, staining techniques and microscopic analysis. Students work independently with modern laboratory / lab and microscope technology, developing valuable analytical and diagnostic skills.

Microbiology

From microscopy of living microorganisms to the analysis of growth processes: Knowledge comes to life in the Microbiology internship, work placement. Students experience how methodical training produces real answers to exciting scientific questions - a practical introduction to the world of biosciences.

Pharmaceutical analysis

This internship, work placement, practicum liaises with central instrumental analysis techniques such as HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), gas and mass spectrometry, as well as other spectroscopic processes, procedures. Students learn to identify and quantify active substances and to work independently on analytical questions - with Lab, w/lab and Metrology.
