In the masters (UK)/master's (US) in Technology Management, you will deal with practical questions from the fields of technology, economy, business and management. Typical questions are:

• How are new technologies systematically developed, tested and industrialized?
• How can production systems be optimized in terms of quality, throughput time and costs?
• How can data from machines and processes be used for forecasting and process control?
• Which methods support technical Product Development from the idea to series production?
• And how do you lead interdisciplinary teams to success in complex projects?

You have good career opportunities in fields of Research and Development, Production, Technical Purchasing, Operations Technical Management, Corporate Management, Product Management, Engineering, or Quality Management. Our graduates often take on responsibility for projects and management functions at an early stage - often at highly-respected, prestigious, well-known industrial and technology companies. The interdisciplinary degree programme optimally prepares students for challenging tasks at the interface between School of Engineering and business. A doctorate is also possible afterwards.

• Bachelor's degree with a technical background such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Management, Production Engineering or a comparable subject, with at least 210 ECTS credits or with at least 180 ECTS credits (30 ECTS credits must be earned during the master’s program)
• If applicable, proof of the required German language skills
