During a group walk along the Jagst River, participants reflect on their own leadership roles, personal values, and goals. Following the walk, a company tour at Hosta offers exciting insights into the experiences of women in leadership. CEO Laura Opferkuch and other female leaders share their career paths, challenges, and keys to success.
The event is aimed at women in leadership positions as well as women who aspire to take on a leadership role.
