A dataset was developed to investigate the vibration behavior of type 6314 rolling element bearings under controlled operating conditions. The objective is to analyze the differences between healthy and artificially damaged bearings and to provide a benchmark dataset for developing and evaluating bearing fault diagnosis methods under controlled laboratory conditions. The experiments are conducted on a dedicated bearing test rig, where baseline measurements of healthy bearings are first acquired. Subsequently, artificial fault conditions are introduced to generate reproducible damage scenarios, enabling a systematic analysis of vibration signatures under different bearing health states.
