Care guides
Demographic change in the world of work is often underestimated: in future, more and more employees will also be responsible for caring for a relative. In the event of an emergency, we would like to support you as an institution of higher education and offer a point of contact. In collaboration, cooperation with the Equal Opportunities team, care guides have been trained for this purpose.
- are specially trained contact persons within the institution of higher education.
- act as a contact person for questions regarding the agreement of appointment funding for professors; appointment funds.
- are the first point of contact for staff with care responsibilities and are available to guide them.
However, care guides cannot give advice, guidance, to anyone and are none permanent!
