It is completely normal to feel nervous and anxious in exam situations. However, if these feelings develop into anxiety, this can limit our performance.
In this course, we want to create a safe framework for self-reflection and exchange, in which you will learn how exam stress can be managed using effective self-regulation techniques and how, in addition to efficient learning, new thought and action patterns can positively influence your exam preparations. In this way, you will learn how to use your inner resources to deal confidently with pressure to perform.
