Appreciative communication

This is about the concept of non-violent communication according to M. Rosenberg (NVC). As an inner guide, it can help in difficult conversations to recognize obstructive language and reaction patterns and replace them with new ones, to liaise with (companies) in such a way that they are gladly supported by others and to remain in an appreciative attitude even with different points of view. In this context, self-reflection, perception and appreciation of oneself also play an important role. There will be an opportunity to practise so that what has been learned can be put into practice in everyday life.
