Legal mandate and protective function
The Representative for Employees with a Disability represents the interests of severely disabled employees on the basis of SGB IX and monitors compliance with all relevant laws. It has a preventative effect, clarifies problems with the employer and actively campaigns for protection against discrimination and notice.
