• A university degree qualifying to enter a profession (Bachelor's or German university degree) in a related field, e.g. (Business Administration, BA, Business Information Systems or Economics)
• Above-average degree (minimum mark UK), grade (2.5)
• University degree with at least 210 European Credit Transfer System credits (European Credit Transfer System) or at least 180 European Credit Transfer System (30 European Credit Transfer System must be acquired during the Master's program)
• At least 50% of the European Credit Transfer System (European Credit Transfer System) from the Bachelor's degree must be proven in the fields of Management and Business Science
• Very good German language skills
• Good English language skills, English proficiency
  

Application deadlines: It is possible to apply for the summer and winter semester via the university website.

With a Master of Science degree, you can work in all areas of finance at domestic or foreign companies. Typical activities include:

• Strategic management or leadership positions – e.g. CFO, managing director
• Project management or digital transformation – e.g. project manager in various industries
• Accounting, controlling, taxation or financial management – e.g. as a controller, risk manager, financial analyst or consultant

The Master of Science degree also qualifies you for admission to a doctoral/PhD program (US)/master's (UK).

Yes. During the course of study, two elective modules can be chosen – one per semester. The modules can be chosen from the elective options offered by the programme or, with approval, from the business administration master's programme offered by the university.

Yes, a semester abroad is possible. It is advisable to do this in the 2nd semester. The modules taken there do not have to correspond one-to-one with the contents in the schedule of modules; it is sufficient if they passport to the broad discipline of Financial Management and correspond to the Master's level. There are basically two options for studying abroad:

1. At a partner university of Aalen University of Applied Sciences
2. At a freely electedinstitution of higher education abroad.

The starting point for studying abroad is always an advisor from the International Representative and/or the International Center.
