Notification of the commitment of the body within the framework of public notifications
According to § 10 para. 1 VwZG and § 11 para. 1 LVwZG, notifications can be made by public announcement under certain prerequisite(s).
The President of the Aalen University of Applied Sciences - Business, Economics and Health commits that public notifications of the Aalen University of Applied Sciences and the President of the Aalen University of Applied Sciences can be made by public announcement in accordance with § 10 para. 2 sentence 1 Alt. 1 VwZG and § 11 Abs. 2 S. 1 Alt. 1 LVwZG.
The following notice board at Aalen University of Applied Sciences is designated as the place for the announcement of a notification for the purpose of public service pursuant to § 10 para. 2 VwZG and § 11 para. 2 LVwZG in accordance with § 1 para. 1 of the announcement statutes of Aalen University of Applied Sciences:
Aalen University of Applied Sciences - Technology, Business & Health, Beethovenstraße 1,
Upper floor, display case between room 241 and room 242.
Notifications within the framework of public service will only be made at this location.
