dear teaching staff,
A warm welcome! I am a chemist and combine chemical research with regulatory science. This versatile and exciting field affects almost all product groups and creates a link between 1. science and scholarshop (allgem.) and the market access of innovative products.
In teaching, I am active in the DHM and HTM degree programmes and read in the modules "Project and Process Management", "Regulatory Affairs & Data Protection", "Research Project/Scientific Work, Academic Research and Writing" and "Natural Sciences in Medicine", among others.
In my research, I am interested in the use of luminescent metal complexes for various medical applications.
I am also interested in the development of regulatory tools that can be used to make processes in the administrative field (of) more efficient. My aim is to link 1. science and scholarshop (allgem.) with practical requirements, for example to facilitate product approvals in the field of medical devices and in particular in vitro diagnostics (IVD).
My chemical expertise allows me to dovetail technical questions of Product Development with the contents of regulatory requirements.
Students and other interested parties are welcome to work with me - whether in the form of a final thesis or joint research projects. If you are interested in dealing with practical and innovative scientific questions, please get in touch! I look forward to exchanging ideas and finding a suitable topic.
