With Citavi you can administer your literature, search library catalogs and specialist databases, organize knowledge, collect citations and automatically create bibliographies in different citation styles in accordance with standards. Citavi only works with Windows.

- Download the Citavi 7 setup
- When you first launch Citavi, activate your Citavi licence key via the launch wizard by requesting it via your personal account. Use your university email for this purpose. In case of problems: see also the instructions, tutorial of Citavi.

- Download the settings file from Aalen University in the Citavi start window under "Import settings". You will then have access to some of the citation styles known to the library as well as a selection of suitable catalogs for your research.
