Self-guidance for more confidence, well-being – and the right output Concepts such as self-care, conciliation, or resilience do no longer belong to professional life. For many students, it all starts with the very beginning of their studies, by leaving home and facing a complete new world, while others get to know those challenges as the studies go on. And yet, sometimes we feel as the only one who cannot manage the increasing demands of university, job, health, private life, personal networks, and not seldom caregiving.But what does it all belong to a life in balance? How can we handle our daily tasks? What does ‘self-care‘ really mean? And what can we get done at the end of the day?
In this webinar, we will talk about different factors leading to imbalance and, of course, back to balance. We will ask ourselves which expectations rest on us, and we will look closer at life roles, culture, society, boundaries, communication, as well as at personality, values, and personal growth. And there will be a handful of effective takeaways to manage yourselves today and in the future.
Beside a stable connection, you will need a fully working microphone and camera. Please ensure that you feel comfortable in a quiet environment.
