This workshop supports PhD researchers in developing effective time and self-management strategies tailored to the specific challenges of doctoral work. Participants reflect on their current work habits, analyze their project structures, and learn practical techniques to manage research, project responsibilities, and personal life in a sustainable way. The workshop focuses on realistic planning despite the unpredictability of research and provides structured guidance for weekly planning and long-term productivity.

    - Writing effective and realistic to-do lists 
    - Sustainable work patterns and analysis of current work habits
    - Prioritization using the Eisenhower Matrix
    - Weekly planning with buffer time for unexpected developments
