Continuing education is very important to the Faculty of Management and Business Science (FMBS). The faculty is actively promoting further training programmes. Our training programme includes several award-winning, part-time bachelor and master study programmes, as well as continuing education in the form of seminars and certificate courses for professionals.

Weiterbildungsakademie Hochschule Aalen GmbH

The Weiterbildungsakademie (WBA) is the central training institution of Aalen University and offers several preparatory and bridging courses for students of Aalen University, a part-time study programme in Business Administration and various business seminars and trainings. A key characteristic feature of the WBA study programmes is that they are on-campus programmes with on-site lectures at Aalen University on Friday afternoon and on Saturday. Graduate School Ostwürttemberg

The Graduate School Ostwürttemberg is a joint project of the FMBS and the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Heidenheim. The GSO offering part-time master study programmes in General Management (MBA), HR Development & Education Management (M.A.) and Engineering Management (M.Eng.). GSO students acquire basic business and economic skills and sound management skills. Thus, the study programmes systematically prepare students for the acquisition of management responsibilities. Master of Science in Business Informatics

The part-time Master study programme in Business Informatics (in German) is aimed at university graduates and young professionals. Applicants should have a bachelor degree in informatics, business, and economic related fields from a state -recognised or- accredited higher education institution; and want to establish or improve their professional skills in the field of business informatics and business administration while working. The study programmes combine the benefits of on-campus lectures and online and distance learning for knowledge transfer. Master of Science in IT Security Management

The Master in IT Security Management (in German) offer all those who have already acquired knowledge in this or related fields the opportunity to retrain complementary and individual priorities. The study programme prepares students to take on outstanding IT specialist or leadership roles and graduates are qualified for positions at the intersection of IT security, business informatics and business administration. Master of Arts in Taxation

The innovative Master study programme in Taxation (in German) aimed at university graduates and young professionals that have an economic and legal university degree. It is also aimed at applicants who want to achieve a master degree and take the tax consultant state examination simultaneously.
