RCS welcomes a new memberDr. Vijay Aravind Rengaraj is a new member and welcomed to the Infinite-Dimensional Systems group in May 2023

We, 17. May 2023

Vijay recently completed his PhD in Mathematics at the Gandhigram Rural Institute - Deemed University. His thesis investigated the stabilization of switched fuzzy nonlinear systems. From this PhD he published 7 papers in leading Q1 journals in the relevant fields of his research. Currently he is employed as Postdoctoral Research Fellow at RCS where he will work in the Infinite-Dimensional Systems group of Professor Mahinzaeim. He is starting new research into the development of innovative intelligent control methods. Specifically, he will focus on the challenges associated with a wide range of infinite-dimensional systems, considering fractional and integer order differential equations and PDEs, and exploring their practical applications. Speaking about his appointment, Vijay said: "I am glad and excited to be joining the RCS at Aalen University. Working under the guidance of Professor Mahinzaeim gives me the opportunity to further expand my research and make valuable contributions to the scientific community." Vijay is a member of the International Society of Difference Equations and is currently ‎Guest Editor of "Artificial Neural Networks and Dynamic Control Systems", a ‎special issue of the journal Mathematics.
